Frequently asked questions

Which image formats are supported?

JPG and PNG are embedded as-is without quality loss. WebP, GIF, BMP and AVIF are converted in your browser first. iPhone photos (HEIC) are converted to JPG automatically when you pick them.

Will phone photos appear sideways?

No. The photo’s orientation (EXIF) is applied automatically. You can also rotate any image with the rotate buttons.

Is image quality reduced?

JPG and PNG images are placed into the PDF unchanged, so their quality is preserved.
